You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for unused items in original packaging.
Underwear and opened skincare / personal care items cannot be returned unless defective, for hygiene reasons.
Returns are processed through our supplier, who provides the return label at no cost to you for eligible returns.
Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the supplier receiving the return.
For low-value or damaged items where return shipping exceeds the item value, we may refund without requiring a return.
